• Laravel, Vue-Js, Nuxt-Js, WordPress, Shopify website
• Custom website design and layout
• Front-end and back-end development
• Content management system (CMS) integration
• Responsive and mobile-friendly design
• E-commerce functionality (if applicable)
• Website maintenance and support
• Other related digital solutions as agreed in the project scope

3. User Obligations

Clients and users of our Services must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information as required for project execution
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback, content, or approvals
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account or access credentials provided
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the Services responsibly and only for lawful purposes
• Pay all agreed-upon fees in a timely manner

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms, including amounts, milestones, and schedules, will be outlined in your project proposal or agreement.
• Unless otherwise specified, payments are due according to the agreed schedule and may be required in advance or upon completion of specific milestones.
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as otherwise stated in your specific agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

NextDevIT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of the final, approved website design and code is transferred to the client, except for any third-party materials or open-source components, which remain subject to their respective licenses.
• NextDevIT retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement according to the terms specified in the project contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
